Strapless mini dress

This mini puffy dress is from the brand Say Yes to the Dress (I got it from Macy’s!). Strapless mini dress (for me it was above knees and I’m 5’5”). In great conditions, only wore it once! No stains or tears. It comes with a black velvet belt, but you can remove the belt if you want. It is a size 5, but can run larger specifically if you have smaller breasts. The breast area has cups which is very helpful! The color is black with blue/green embroidery.
