Strapless minidress

Neon pink fun pattern party dress! Strapless with slight sweetheart neckline, unlined. This dress is completely constructed of stretchy woven elastic strips like a bandage dress, but the skirt has a flirty stiff bell shape. Never worn, I was enchanted by the color but but later didn’t think it would work on me. I hope someone else will properly rock it! L: 26.5” waist:14” flat
