Strapless (or ribbon strap) dress purple with tulle , fun, prom style Extra layer of poof under the main skirt as well There’s a little spot on it that I will try to get out in the wash, it has been in storage in the attic since I bought it back in 2012 in Pennsylvania at a vintage shop The brand is Steppin’ out Style number 360454 Size 7/8 “Spot clean only , by professional, dry clean” there might have been sequins at some point because the instructions say “do not apply heat to sequins” But I think it has never had sequins, one of the photos is the day I bought the dress, and even then I don’t think it had a belt but there are strings on each hip which imply that there was once a belt, probably one with sequins! Has some nice sort of boning in it @ the ribs to keep its structure, and they are flexible From top of boob part to hem is 28 inches Fits like a size 6 to 8 Retro summer dance 80s 70s pouf ballet puffy
