Strapless seersucker dress

Light blue and white seersucker dress. Strapless, eyelet edging around the bust, fully lined, drop waist, zips up the back. Preowned, but in great condition! Such a cute dress, I wouldn't part with it if I could fill out bust area better. Measurements are approximate and measured with garment lying flat ( so double for bust, waist, and hip measurements): Bust ( ~17.5 in), Waist (~15 in), Length ( 38 in). 97% cotton , 3% spandex. Hand wash cold.
