Strapless short blue evening dress

Beautiful strapless dark blue floral (paisley-ish) design dress by Zara. Worn 10 times. Size XS, wide at the hips so will fit most sizes at the bottom. Zipper at back. I am size 6/M and it fit me (see photo). No flaws Underarm to underarm: 14 in Length: 26 in Under the bust: 26 in
