Strapless smocked dress, lace trim petticoat + bow

new Never worn! Strapless, pretty green with white Swiss dots (very small), white smocking detail wraps around top of dress, bow ties in the back, side zip, built in bra cups without wire, lace petticoat underneath, lace shows at bottom of dress, fitted through chest, flares out, sits mid thigh. I am 5'4", I would compare this to a size 4 or 6
