Strapless sweetheart neckline Lace Turquoise Dress

This dress has lace on the top and then flows into a turquoise chiffon bottom. The dress is a size 6 fits a size S and has built in padding. I am about 5'4 and 120lbs and the picture shows about how long it is on me.
