Strapless sweetheart neckline silky grey dress

Silky strapless dress with sweetheart neckline and flattering all over ruching. Steel blue/gray color. Hits just above knees (I'm 5'4) and bottom of dress is cut for a straight down/pencil skirt effect. H&M sizes tend to run small so While the dress is a 6, it actually fits more like a 2/4.
