Strapless three toned dress

Purchased at Maurice's. Worn and washed once. No snags, holes or tears. The only sign of wear is on the light blue but you have to look very close, and it's very unnoticeable balling of the fabric. Almost not even there! Grey top, black in the middle and light blue skirt. I wore this as a swimsuit coverup! Approximately 27 inches long
