Strapless velveteen A-line dress

Strapless velveteen A-line dress with boning in the side seems for structure. This is a size extra small/small. For reference, I have a 27 inch waist and it fits me perfectly. I have an a cup and it stays up because of the boning but I definitely don’t fill out the bodice. It could accommodate a B cup and maybe a cheeky C Good condition
