Greetings! So the Small is a true small or more on the xSmall side? Does this have any type of padding or push up support?

Hi Sarah! I'd want to say the small is more of an XSmall so if you want an actual small go for the Medium

It does not have padding but because they do run small/tight they have some kind of push-up support, if that makes any sense. Hope that helps!
