This Strasburg Apple Green Seersucker Hand Smocked with Embroidery Size 12 Month Dress is the epitome of Spring and Summer!!! Nothing says Spring or Summer like a sweet, crisp seersucker dress! The stylish apple green color is the perfect background for the hand-embroidered rosettes which are placed just perfectly on the hand-smocked bodice. The rosettes are pink with white centers and green leaves. The entire bodice is smocked in a lattice design with the waist accented with hand embroidered French knot rosebuds.
