This Strasburg Pink Smocked Heirloom Dress is INCREDIBLE and RARE! The dress is made of 100% fine cotton lawn and is a beautiful shade of light pink. The Peter Pan collar has a cluster of three hand-embroidered bullion rosebuds on each side in pink, white and green. The collar is trimmed in a pink piping. The upper bodice has three petite French tucks with matching hand-embroidered bullion clusters. Such intricate craftsmanship! Below the French tucks is a lattice design smocking done in white embroidery. A zig zag border of pink and white embroidery joins the smocking with the gathers in the skirt. The dress is lined and has French seams (a high-end feature). Upper button back and a matching tie-back sash for the perfect fit.
