This Hand-Smocked Bishop/Float Style Strasburg Dress is adorable! This pastel blue dress has a hand smocked collar with white satin ribbon braided within the smocking. In addition, pale blue florets with pale green leaves are hand embroidered within the smocking. Puff sleeves have matching smocking in blue and white threading, finished off with white satin ribbon bows. Button upper back closure. Beautiful little dress still like new.
