Strasburg Heirloom Collection child’s summer dress

This beautiful, adorable sleeveless vintage toddler dress pre-owned but in good condition, only flaw I see is a mark hidden under the collar, which is not visible, check pictures please. It is a light mint green color with embroidery work on collar and pockets. It has front button closure, no buttons missing, although it has an extra buttonhole. Perfect dress for a special occasion, an outing or even to do photo shoots. 27" in length, 9.5" waist. Size 3Yrs.
