Straw cowboy hat never worn or shapped

NWT straw hat , hasn’t been shapped or worn. The tag says 7 3/8 but inside of hat reads 55 6 7/8. “Long oval”I’m unsure if that’s inside and ones outside. But never worn no damage super nice hat.
