the reason in offering such a lowball price is due to the 8 dollar shipping. I just offered you 9 plus the 8 dollar shipping of 8 makes it just shy of $17. I was hoping to spend around 13 to 15 total on it max. can you counter and lower the shipping on price or something like that so I can buy it? I love the shirt and ti s are hard right now so i believe I only have 15 or 16 in my debit account currently. it's my birthday (literally) so I'd greatly appreciate any help you can offer!
