This sparkly bracelet measures 2" and stretches out to 4.5", making it fit up to an 8" wrist. It fits over just about any size hand without the fear of snapping the stretch because it's a stainless steel accordion band, like the old Speidel watch bands. It's 5/8" wide. It's a lovely piece of costume jewelry. Belonged to my mom, so I know nothing else about it. I'm tempted to keep it 😊
