missieandashley Hmm. Do you think the waist is 16 1/2? I think the rise is too high but I will check some of my pants to see if I have some that high! Thanks

vspitze @missieandashley It looks closer to 16", but it also has a little bit of stretch. These are an older vintage style of pants. Probably going back about 20 years or so. They are not snug fitting. Depending on your body shape, though.
