Stretch velvet crop top

This little top is stretchy burgundy velvet, with puff sleeves that can be worn up on the shoulder or pulled down off the shoulder, so cute! The width stretches to about 24 inches laid flat (so ~48 inches in circumference) It’s never been worn.
