Stretchy Bellbottom Pants Size Medium

Size tag missing. Waist across front is 12”, it’s elastic and stretches to 16”. Inseam is 32”, rise 8”. Hips across front is 17/18”. I estimate size to be a medium but might fit a small as well. Let me know if you need any other measurements. They are so cute with a paisley like print. A dark red background and green, gold and white. Very stretchy and soft like some leggings and the bottom bells are a nice size. They have a cut off hem but are a long inseam so they can easily be hemmed or worn as they are.
