Stretchy Comfortable Cute Dress from H&M

This dress is very flattering and forgiving with its elastic waist, tie neck (looks great tied or loose) and slight cap sleeve. Fabric is cute print of blue and white star floral on dark navy (almost black) ground, and it’s amazingly wrinkle resistant. Would be very cute and casual with white sneakers, wear it to work with dark clogs, or dress it up with a sandal or heel! This is a reposh; I purchased from @rustypedals and love it but it is too big for me. I have posted measurement photos to help you determine fit. Excellent condition from a smoke free home.
