somemeanin @abossi01 🦋Hi! It is a top. Comes to mid-hip at your left and then has gathers on the right hip to make it asymmetrical. The black banding keeps it from hanging on you like a wet towel and the stretch material is loose but fitted. I think I will relist it a bit lower or if requested, will do a Flash Sale - since I work on offers instead of bundled discounts b/c I haven't gotten as much listed as I'd like! Tootles!🦋

somemeanin @jpankey2 🦋Surely! Will look forward to working w you further. These tops are just so good for Spring. I have them pulled and ready to list. Actually, I'll not be returning until late Monday, so probably Tuesday I will begin posting. If you can hold off you might see others, there are one or two I myself am fond of but I've just become too thin and they puddle around me. I need them to stretch inward!☘️🍀
