Stretchy Velvet-Feel Flare Pants

These pants are stretchy and comfortable with a velvet feel and flare bottoms. Worn only a few times, kept in a smoke-free home and in great condition. They are fitted at the top and looser past the knee, flaring at the bottom for a very cute and flattering fit. The waistband is elastic and stretchy.
