Stretchy and Swingy Vintage Polka Dot Dress

This dress is form fitting and really moves with you, which it makes it great to wear. Dress has small polka dots. As you can see in the stitching, it's made to be super swingy on the bottom. The straps are also adjustable. I loved wearing this, but it unfortunately does not fit my bust any longer.
