Stretchy black skirt

Soft, stretchy, comfy black pencil skirt with strings, the string do not really adjust the size of the waist much and are not meant to at all. Thick and stretchy elastic waist band. I bought it new and haven't had it for very long. it's in very good condition. My reason for selling it is that it's a tad bit short for my comfort. Measurements (flat): Waist band - 15 1/2" Hips - 19" Length - 23 1/2" (This skirt is meant to be very fit. I got it to fit looser, so I got a large. I'm 5' 8" and about 130lbs for reference from the pictures)
