Stretchy, floral print, blue shark-bite tunic top

Super stretchy fabric, loose and flowy fit at bottom, flattering shark-bite cut, tunic length top, Measures 24" across the bust (pit to pit) laying flat, unstretched. Angles out to 34" at bottom, unstretched. Nape to hem in back is 27.5". I cut the size tag out, but almost positive it was a "3X" . I would guess the fabric is a poly-spandex/lycra of some sort. (Cold-machine wash... probably tumble dry but maybe line dry to be safe.)
