Stretchy jeans

Stretchy jeans with scrunchy top and draw string. I have no idea what brand these are as they were gifted to me and the label doesn't say. They have such potential to be so comfortable but they are a bit too small for me. They are a "medium". For reference I wear a size 10 in women's... I believe these would be good for a 6-8. Any distress marks, holes, or tears were intended by the manufacturer and are not a result of wear. These are in very good condition since I haven't been able to wear them :)
