Stretchy, rouched hem cocktail dress

Love, Nickie Lew brand cocktail dress. Fabric is nice quality with some stretch. It has adjustable spaghetti straps and a zipper back. The left side is gathered up for a rouched look and asymmetrical hemline. Bought second-hand and never worn. It was sold to me as black, but it’s either just faded or it’s a deep, deep navy. Was not as true black as I wanted. Smoke-free, Labrador-friendly home.
