@415bevy it said velvet. They are actually really comfortable and stretchy. So I'm not sure exactly what the fabric is but it's like a light stretchy velvet. I wore them for like 10 minutes but my bf and I broke up so I ended up not wearing them for Halloween but they got great reviews online. I paid almost 75$ but I really cannot budge on the price. I apologize
