tayblackfox @baditude_ki hey I am really sorry I've been off and on so sporadically lately! Out of town again for a family reunion so It's been a little chaotic, but I'll be back in full force after this week! & I would say it high waisted! It doesn't have the thick waistband as Many high waisted skirts do & I suppose how high it fits would depend on your body type/proportions... It's definitely a hot looking skirt though!!

tayblackfox @cmorgan4 hey there, sorry it took me a little longer to get back to you on that measurement! When laid flat & unstretched, it measures about 14" across the waistband. It does have a good amount of stretch to the fabric so that allows for some lee-way in the fit, so it could likely work for a variety of sizes. I hope that helps answer your question!
