One of my favorite fit and flare dresses before I had kids and again, now too short to wear as a mom. About 24" in length, 12.5" waist but has a stretchy back that is accommodating. Unnoticeable discoloration on the bottom that didn't come out with washing but I also didn't pretreat it, but I wanted to disclose it. Make an offer!

@psellars1 Hey! It's like a junior medium, so a women's small. It's about 14" at the bust unstretched.
