@dedrakins Hi, I'm so sorry. I saw the notification for a message. It could I used a shaper because the material is thin. I'm bottom heavy, so it depends really on your shape. Let me find a picture of me in this and add it to the listing. that might help. The spandex is 4%. I hope this helps.
