Stripe twist mini dress

Condition: tried on and washed but never worn, excellent Info: Dark charcoal grey striped mini dress with twist detail. 59% rayon 39% polyester 2% spandex. Top of shoulder to bottom hem is approx 33.5", armpit to armpit approx 16.5". Story: I think I bought this from Forever 21. I love the style of the dress, but it doesn't fit me anymore.
