Striped Blouse

Versatile Fashion Nova tie blouse. Black and white striped. Gives a layered flowy look. 1st layer looks white with black stripes and is a deep V, I pinned it closed to wear to work. Top layer looks black with white stripes and has long ties that you can tie in the front or in the back. Tie it low, middle, or high on your waist for different looks. I believe the tag says xs or s, but it fits like a s/m in the torso and a s in the arms. The material is unique, a strange textured almost stiff feel.
