Striped Chevron Dress with Sleeve Cutouts

Knee length dress with scoop neck. Half length sleeves that each have a slit, giving a peekaboo effect to the upper arm. Very girly and sweet. The body has a solid under layer with a sheer, patterned fabric over the top. Stripped chevron pattern is navy and tan or beige.
