Striped Crochet Fringe Mini Skirt - NWT! Sz S

This skirt is so adorable!! There are black, white, blue, and yellow vertical stripes... It is crocheted with tassled fringe at the bottoms. I love this but sadly it's just a wee bit too short for my liking. New with tags, never worn! Listed as a size small! Has a stretchy waist.
