jillianrainee @varoom2004 hi there! These are full length, but I usually bunched them up to be 3/4 length anyways. The other express cardi is actually a deep royal purple color. It's really beautiful, but not blue if thats what you are looking for :\ And yes these have been worn, I try and note the condition of the items, or if they are new or never worn :) let me know if your interested, I notice you have a couple likes. jillianrainee @rsp I'm sorry for the delay! I measured from the middle of the neck to the hem and it was 24", and the front measured 3" longer then that, so 27". It doesn't cover the bum. I'm 5'3 and it hit me at the top of my back pocket. Hppe that helps! :)
