Striped Floral Long-sleeves Dress/Tunic Cute

Fun blue/white striped long sleeve piece with floral pattern dotted all over. It can be worn as a dress although is very short - may be better suited as a tunic or top for those with long legs. I got lots of compliments - very cute!
