Striped Flower Button Up Blouse

Purchased in 2016-17 and worn ONCE on Easter. Has been put away ever since. It’s tied off at the bottom, has a decorative pocket on the left breast, and the sleeves have about an inch and a half cuff. The flowers are stitched into the blouse for a semi business casual feel.
