Striped Flowy Dress

I feel like this is perfect for summer on a boat! I wore this on a trip to Italy, and it was so light feeling and flowy that it kept me cool in the heat. I honestly have no idea what the size says on the tag, but I’m assuming it’s a size small based on the way it fits me. I am 5’9” for reference, and typically wear a size small. It does have room to stretch if you are a medium.
