Striped Jumper

*Necklace not included Excellent condition, bought consignment. Very cute but definitely for petite or short torsos. Mine is too long. Sad. The elastic waist comes about 3” above my natural waist. - No size tag, but I would say 0P-2P - Lined from waist down - Not sure of fabric (no tag) it’s soft, thin and light - L - 24” - L 12.5” from waist to bottom, 12” shoulder to waist - W 18” with elastic fully stretched out straight, so size is very flexible there
