Striped Off The Shoulder Blouse

Super cute top from lane bryant. This is poplin material, definitely could use a good ironing but otherwise in perfect condition. (i don't own an iron apologies in advance). It is off the shoulder and has the sticky like sleeves to help keep in place. tie can be done in the front or the back but it is attached. NWOT never worn. size 24.
