Striped Sheer Halter Top ~ 1X

This black & white striped top is giving off serious steampunk vibes! Front is a corset style with a ruffle down the front and halter tie at behind neck. Back is rows of elastic gathers with the top back open. An extra layer of fabric reinforces behind the breast portion on the inside, although there is some damage to that part (shown in 2 separate photographs).
