bkosborne11 @abbylop7676 hey! I’ve uploaded more photos and when I put them on again, I realized I’m selling them because the waist size is too big for me and I can’t tie them tighter. The tie strings are just for looks! Refer to the photos if that’s confusing in my words. The elastic band is super stretchy, I totally think they would fit 28”
