Striped Turquoise Dress

The O’Neil dress is a great bright blue green teal turquoise color with thin white stripes. There are little parrot birds perched on the stripes! This dress is great as a slip cover-up over a bathing suit or for going out on warm day. I’m cleaning out my closet and will consider all reasonable offers!
