Striped V Neck Button up Blouse

This shirt is ADORABLE. I am so sad that it didn't fit me. It has never been used and still has the tags attached. There are small ties by the wrists so that you can adjust the sleeve tightness. It is a light, loose fabric and is great for both casual wear and dressing up. The V neck is the perfect depth. The stripes are a pale blueish gray and white.
