Classic 70s striped button up blouse with ruffle detailing. Made out of a nice fabric that is still in great condition! Has some tiny little holes in a row on each side of the front that I’m guessing used to be attached either to a belt or it had some kind of gathers. The buttons are a little yellowed with age, but there is still and extra one attached inside! Would look great tucked in a skirt or worn with bell bottoms!
