Striped V-neck blouse with cutout back

Colors are navy, turquoise, gold, and white. Fully lined in navy. Armpit--->armpit is 19 inches. V-neck in front, cutout in back-see picture #3; closeup of fabric shows the true colors. No tags, but brand new/never worn.
