Striped black and white blouse with tie waist

Striped nice blouse good for professional settings or would look way cute dressed down. I got it from stitch fix then remembered I actually hate dressing up for work. Almost new condition, probably worn 2-3 times total. Short sleeves (but longer short sleeves like a little above the elbow).
